Workshop Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: A parent or guardian must accompany anyone under 18 for the entire journey.

Included in the Benson Spiers Photography workshop price: Instruction by Benson Spiers.

Not included in the workshop cost: Meals, drinks, and equipment.

Payment, cancellation and refunds: To book a place on a workshop, full payment is required upon registration. If you are no longer able or choose not to attend your chosen workshop, the following refund policy will apply:

More than 10 days prior to the beginning of the workshop: 100% refund.

Less than 10 days prior to the workshop: No refund is given unless you find a replacement. To confirm your reason for not attending, an email notification is required. Leaving a workshop that has begun, for any reason, will not result in a refund.

Benson Spiers Photography reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to an inadequate number of participants making the workshop economically impracticable to run. In the event that a workshop is cancelled prior to the date stated, you will receive a full refund of the cost of the workshop.

Responsibility: Benson Spiers will provide education, tips and advice during workshops. 

Benson Spiers shall not be held responsible for:

(1) any loss or damage due to cancellation, delay, or disruption in any manner caused by the laws, regulations, acts or failures to act, demands, orders of any government, or by acts of nature, including strikes, fire, flood, war, terrorism, sickness, theft, or any other cause(s) beyond their control.

(2) Any damage to, or loss of, property or injury to, or death of, persons occasioned directly or indirectly by an act or omission of any other provider. The participant waives any claim against Benson Spiers Photography for any such loss, damage, injury, or death.

Benson Spiers Photography reserves the right in their sole discretion to accept, decline to accept, or remove any attendee on any photography workshop. Benson Spiers Photography reserves the right, without penalty, to make changes in the itinerary whenever, in their judgement, conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of participants.

You are personally responsible for being in sufficiently good health to undertake your chosen workshop.
